Payments for courses are non-refundable. However, a course may be rescheduled one time if you are unable to attend your originally scheduled training date. You must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled date and the rescheduled date must be within one year of the original date for it to be honored. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, then your payment will be forfeited and you will lose your reservation.
When checking out, you will be directed to PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."
You can check out as a Guest after providing your email address.
