Pistol 3 – Red Dot Edition
If you have experience with handguns and have successfully completed Delta Tactical’s Pistol 1 and 2 classes, get ready to take your skills to the next level with our thrilling new Red Dot training course! This course is ideal for students who are new to shooting Red Dots, as well as for experienced shooters seeking to further challenge themselves. You will delve deeper into the world of tactical shooting with Red Dot specific handgun firing techniques and maneuvers. This in-depth, fast-paced six-hour course builds seamlessly upon the foundation set in Pistol 1 and 2.
The schedule consists of two hours in the classroom, an hour break, and then four hours at the range.
Prepare for an in-depth classroom discussion where you'll explore the myriad of Red Dot systems, their functions, and mounting options. Next, apply your newly acquired knowledge by participating in Red Dot specific shooting drills at the range. This course is tailored for students confident in drawing and shooting from the holster, following a specially curated Red Dot training curriculum packed with popular drills from across the industry. Get ready to elevate your tactical game and experience the adrenaline rush of mastering the Red Dot system!

Prerequisites:
· Successfully completed both Pistol 1 and Pistol 2 Courses through Delta Tactical
· Students must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Materials Required:
· Provide your own California-compliant semi-automatic handgun with factory ammunition (no reloads)
o Firearm rentals are not offered for any Pistol 3 Classes
o Working Red Dot Optic System mounted with additional batteries
o 3-magazine minimum
· Hip-worn Holster (preferred level II retention) for use throughout the course (NO SERPA HOLSTERS ALLOWED)
· Belt-worn magazine holder (NO inside the waistband will be allowed)
· Long pants (No sweats allowed)
o Be ready to get dirty during this course
· Ball Cap with Bill
o For protection from expended brass and sunlight
· Close-toe sturdy shoes (no heels, sandals, or Crocs)
· 250+ rounds of factory ammunition (bring extra ammo as we may run more drills)
o Full metal jacket (NO RELOADED AMMO)
· Ear protection - electronic earmuffs required
o Available for purchase from us in advance online
· Eye protection (sunglasses may be used)
o Safety glasses available for purchase from us in advance online
· Please remember to safely, securely, and legally transport your firearm
You must be a citizen of the United States or have permanent legal alien status and show a valid driver’s license or other government valid photo identification to use a firearm in connection with any services provided under this agreement.
All classes taught by Delta Tactical are in English. Please read this thoroughly before signing up for any classes offered by Delta Tactical. At this time, we do not provide or allow translators to accompany students during classes, nor do we allow usage of translation applications "apps", software or other translation services to be used during classes.
Students who attend our classes must be fluent in the English language and be able to understand, read and write in English.
Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to take the course. DELTA TACTICAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
Pistol 3: Red Dot Edition
Handgun Rentals are not available for this class. Students must provide their own handgun with the required ammunition when signing up for this course. Students must be at least 18 years of age or older to take this course.
