The dual-layer system eliminates belt keepers by utilizing an inner belt that slides through belt loops and acts as a typical belt.  The outer belt locks into the inner belt with a hook and loop ensuring an extremely secure fit.   The slick belt allows you to use standard 2″ or 2.25″ duty pouches.
